INTRODUCTION

WILD & WEALTHY LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") understands that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information when you use this website, our funnels, our programs, our community, and our email and text communications (together, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the most recent version of this Policy. You should also read our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Services.

"You," "your," "visitor," or "user" means the individual accessing the Services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us directly. This includes your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, mobile number, business information, payment information, and any other information you choose to provide when you fill out a form, register for a webinar or masterclass, book a call, complete a questionnaire, purchase a product, join our community, respond to a survey, submit a testimonial, or contact us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our Services, we may automatically collect technical information from your device and browser, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, video watch behavior including how much of a video you watched, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, our customer relationship management platform, and, if you enroll through a partner or affiliate, from that partner. If you interact with our ads on social media, we may receive information about that interaction from the platform.

Information about others. If you provide us with another person's information, for example when referring someone, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, health information, or biometric data.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver the products, programs, community access, and services you purchased, and provide support.

Process your payments, issue refunds, and prevent fraud.

Create and manage your account and authenticate your access.

Communicate with you about your purchase, your appointments, your account, and program updates.

Send you marketing communications by email and text about our programs, offers, events, and content, where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.

Schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls and events.

Measure and improve our marketing, including understanding which ads, emails, and pages lead to registrations and purchases.

Understand how people use our Services so we can improve our programs, content, and website.

Personalize what we show you and tailor our communications to your interests.

Enforce our Terms and Conditions, protect our rights and property, protect the safety of others, and comply with law, regulation, court order, or other legal process.

We may combine information collected online with information you provide through other sources. We may also remove identifiers from your information so it can no longer be linked to you. Once information is de-identified we treat it as non-personal information.

COOKIES, PIXELS, AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies, including pixels, web beacons, and tracking scripts, on our Services.

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses. We use them to remember your information so you do not have to re-enter it, to keep you logged in, to understand how you use our Services, and to measure our advertising.

A pixel or web beacon is a small piece of code or an invisible image that lets us record certain information, such as which pages you viewed, whether you opened an email, and whether you completed a purchase.

We use the following categories of tracking technology:

Essential. Required for the Services to function, including keeping you logged in and processing your order.

Analytics. Helps us understand how visitors find and use our Services, in aggregate.

Advertising and conversion tracking. We use advertising platform tools, including the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API, and similar tools from other advertising and analytics providers, to measure the

performance of our advertising and to show ads to people who may be interested in our programs. This can involve sending information about your activity on our Services, such as page views, registrations, and purchases, to the advertising platform, including your email address in a hashed form so the platform can match the activity to an account. These platforms may combine that information with data they already hold about you.

Video engagement. Our video hosting provider records how much of a video you watched so we can understand engagement and follow up appropriately.

Third-party vendors may set their own cookies on our Services. This Policy does not cover the use of information collected by third-party ad servers. We do not control cookies in third-party ads, and you should review the privacy policies of those advertisers and ad services to learn about their use of cookies and other technology.

Your choices. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to decline them. If you decline cookies, some features of our Services may not work properly. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools provided by the advertising platforms themselves and through industry opt-out pages such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tools.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share your information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with companies that perform services for us. These include our customer relationship management and marketing platform, our payment processor, our email and text message delivery providers, our video hosting provider, our website and course hosting providers, our scheduling tools, and our analytics and advertising providers. When we share your information with a service provider, we do not authorize them to keep, disclose, or use your information for any purpose other than providing the service we asked them to provide.

Advertising platforms. As described in the section above, we share certain information, including hashed identifiers, with advertising platforms to measure and target our advertising. Under some United States state privacy laws, this kind of sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information even though we receive no money for it. You can opt out as described in the section on your privacy rights below.

Coaches and team members. If you purchase a program that includes coaching or support calls, we share the information needed to serve you with the coach or team member assigned to you.

Business transfers. We may transfer your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or dissolution. We will not otherwise sell, exchange, or publish your personal information.

Legal requirements and protection. We may be legally compelled to release your information in response to a court order, subpoena, search warrant, law, or regulation. We may cooperate with law enforcement in investigating users who violate our rules or engage in illegal or harmful behavior. We may also disclose information where we believe it is necessary to protect our rights or property, to protect someone's health, safety, or welfare, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions.

For some transactions, third-party vendors such as payment processors and banks may collect information directly from you to complete your transaction. We do not control how those parties use information they collect directly from you, and their own privacy policies apply.

MOBILE INFORMATION AND TEXT MESSAGING

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service who assist us in delivering these messages.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us about your purchase, your appointments, your account, and our programs and offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you opt out of text messages, we will retain a record of your number solely to honor your opt-out request.

To have your mobile information deleted entirely, contact us at [email protected].

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND YOUR CHOICES

We may contact you periodically by email, mail, or telephone with information about programs, products, services, events, and content that may be of interest to you.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email we send, or by emailing [email protected] and asking to be removed. We will process your request promptly.

Even if you opt out of marketing email, we may still send you transactional messages related to your purchase, your account, your appointments, or your program access, because you need those to use what you bought.

If your communication to us requests a response, we may reply by email, and that reply may include your personal information. We cannot guarantee that email to or from you will be secure from unauthorized interception.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account or an active relationship with us, and after that for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy.

In general we retain customer and transaction records for at least seven years to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We retain marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and then keep a minimal suppression record so we can honor your opt-out. We retain records of opt-out and deletion requests as required by law.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it or de-identify it.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS SECURED

We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized personnel and third-party vendors have access to your personal information, and they are required to treat it as confidential.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Despite these precautions, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will never obtain access to your personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising, which some state laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing." To opt out, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," and adjust your browser cookie settings and the opt-out tools described in the cookies section above.

How to submit a request. Email [email protected] with the request you are making. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming information we already hold, before acting on a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS: EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, AND OTHER REGIONS

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region with comparable data protection law, you have rights in addition to those above, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Our legal bases for processing your personal information are:

Performance of a contract, where we process your information to deliver a product, program, or service you purchased.

Consent, where you have opted in to marketing email or text messages, or to non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing that already took place.

Legitimate interests, where we process your information to operate, secure, and improve our business, measure our marketing, and prevent fraud, provided your rights are not overridden.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We operate from the United States, and our service providers are located in the United States and other countries. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and possibly other countries, where data protection law may differ from the law in your country.

Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities, or your consent where applicable. By using our Services or providing us your information, you understand that your information will be transferred and processed as described in this Policy.

PUBLIC DISCUSSIONS AND COMMUNITY

Our Services may include a community, group chats, comment areas, or forums. Any information you post in those spaces becomes visible to other members, so please do not post sensitive personal or financial information. Whenever you disclose information publicly online, that information can be collected and used by others. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of any third party who collects information that users disclose in those spaces, and we neither agree nor disagree with anything posted by members. You must also comply with our other published policies regarding community postings.

DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry standard for how to respond to these signals, and our Services do not respond to them at this time. You can control tracking through your cookie settings and the opt-out tools described above.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the revision. If changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
